Duck and Jab

In this series you see the duck being used against a double jab, with a simultaneous counter punch. Notice the bent knees as the main cause of the drop, rather than a full forward lean. To make the duck work, begin the drop as your opponent steps forward to strike you. Another good example with follow ups can be seen here.
