The Boxing Jab and Catch

In the images below, black shirt throws a proper jab. Notice he has dropped his head so that his shoulder covers his chin. White shirt steps back to defend the jab with a simple catch, catching it with his rear hand without reaching forward, and stepping back with his rear foot simultaneously.
