The Body Lock

The body lock is a wrestling technique used to bring your opponent to the ground. In the images below you see both practitioners starting in an equal position. Blue shirt threads his left arm to the inside to get both arms on the inside of gray shirt's arms, allowing him to get a body lock. Blue shirt is pulling with his arms and driving forward with his head to break gray shirt's posture so he can easily be brought to the ground.
